Clutter Monkey takes pride is our services. Our clientele are very discerning and care about the little details for their home. Cobwebs in lights, dust/oil/grease on top of cabinets or dust on baseboards are just some examples that are addressed by our services. Because the majority of our clients prefer by the hour and not the job (except for Air BnBs) customers are satisfied that when we leave their home, it is spotless. Once a home is up to our standard, your time often decreases on subsequent visits or we tackle other jobs that have been pushed aside.
We carry up to $2M in liability and bonded insurances. Our service (speed, efficiently and client focused) speaks for itself! We clean the right way.
All of our employees undergo an extensive background check. We value the trust you put in our service and we have zero tolerance for any misdoings.
The majority of our clientele book our time and not the service. Meaning they book 3 hours of cleaning and have specific requirements that are fulfilled, rather that be inside the oven or baseboards or blind cleaning, it often changes every visit. This is often cheaper than the a-la-cart method used by most cleaning services.
All members of our team are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Normally we use certified household cleaning supplies and equipment. However it is recommended any sensitive areas of concern that the home owner provide all of their own cleaning supplies and we will reduce the service fees by 5%.
Arrival times are only estimated, as traffic congestion and arrival time of taxis or public transit are beyond our control. Our technician works up to a 7-hr work shift as a norm and will undertake duties per standard, spring or deep cleans as per requested level of service that may or may not include extras such as cleaning accessible windows or blinds, time permitting, unless such was part of the specific level of service requested and agreed to by CM management.
Please read our Terms and Conditions before booking any services. Clutter Monkey Inc. cleaning reserves the right to amend these conditions without prior notice. The client accepts that these terms and conditions are binding by requesting Clutter Monkey Inc. to provide service by telephone, text, email, fax, booking form and/or direct conversation. By visiting this website, you also agree to the terms & conditions.
PETS ESCAPING FROM THE HOME: We cannot be responsible for pets that “escape” when our Monkeys enter/exit your home. If your pet will be “roaming free” during the cleaning, please inform us in advance so our staff can be on alert when they open doors. We will try our best to ensure your pet does not escape.
ACCIDENTS & THEFT: The client is responsible for securing – cash, jewellery and other items of value. If you have valuables or heirlooms, etc., it would be helpful if they would be put away to avoid accidents. Regrettable and although not common, from time to time, something may be broken. Our personnel are instructed to call our office immediately if the team breaks ANYTHING and to text you in case they break anything, i.e. soap dish, ornaments, etc...If an item is damaged or broken, we reserve the option to repair or replace it with something similar.
SECURITY ALARMS: If your home has a security system, please ensure it is in the “OFF” position or inform our office of the codes and input sequence before your scheduled cleaning. Also, please notify our office if this code changes.
NO TERM OR CONTRACT: This agreement is between the customer and Cluttermonkey. Inc. You may cancel your recurring or one-time cleaning service no later than 48 hours before the scheduled booking. If notification is received less than 48 hours before the planned clean, a late Cancellation fee of 50% of the initially scheduled work may be charged. Cluttermonkey also reserves the right to cancel the service provided at any time.
GENERAL LIABILITY. To the extent permitted by law, damage or loss to the following items are expressly excluded from the liability of Clutter Monkey Inc. under these terms and conditions: cash, jewelry, art, antiques, items of sentimental value, broken furniture, scratched surfaces (like stainless appliance fronts), defects in property construction/design/trimmings, air conditioning wiring, baby items, bird baths, bird houses, chairs, concrete, dog beds, delicate or older carpet/rugs/mats that may have fringes or loose threads, drainage, fences, fence posts, flower boxes, holiday décor, path lighting, play sets and toys, pottery, outdoor curtains, stone pathways, unprotected trees, trampolines, plastic pools or other swimming pools, windows, exposed cables/wires, sprinkler components/lines usually found below the surface of the lawn. We are not responsible for fallen/broken wall hangings attached to anything other than “real” picture hooks—no straight pins, thread, etc. If we are required to move objects to service your property, such as furniture, appliances, toys, or clothing, we will not be responsible for damage caused by moving the object from where we need to provide service.
NON-SOLICITATION OF TEAM MEMBERS. All team members agree to non-competition with Clutter Monkey. They are prohibited from soliciting business from any client on their behalf or behalf of any third party during their employment with Clutter Monkey or for 2 years following termination of employment without written approval from Clutter Monkey and a possible placement fee starting at $3,500.00 CAD. You agree to not hire team members of Clutter Monkey for not less than 2 years from the date the team members last worked for Clutter Monkey. A great deal of time and resources are put into recruiting, training, grooming, and cleaning angels. Suppose you feel you must hire a Clutter Monkey despite this agreement. In that case, team member of a 3,500.00 CAD placement fee is due immediately upon employment of the past/present team members, regardless of whether the employment is regular or on a contract basis.
