The majority of our clientele book our time and not the service. Meaning they book 3 hours of cleaning and have specific requirements that are fulfilled, rather that be inside the oven or baseboards or blind cleaning, it often changes every visit. This is often cheaper than the à la carte method used by most cleaning services.

Normally we use certified household cleaning supplies and equipment. However it is recommended any sensitive areas of concern that the home owner provide all of their own cleaning supplies and we will reduce the service fees by 5%.

Arrival times are only estimated, as traffic congestion and arrival time are often beyond our control. Our technician works up to a 7-hr work shift as a norm and will undertake duties per standard, spring or deep cleans as per requested level of service that may or may not include extras such as cleaning accessible windows or blinds, time permitting, unless such was part of the specific level of service requested and agreed to by CM management.
